Are your tours private?: Yes. Every tour and transfer is exclusively private. You will never share a vehicle or guide with travellers you did not come with.
What is the difference between a Guided Tour and a Driver Tour?: On the same tour package you can choose Guided Tour (vehicle + driver + tour guide) or Driver Tour (vehicle + driver only). Open a tour on our Tours catalog to see which service options are available for that package.
What is included in the price?: Your vehicle, driver, fuel, tolls, parking and insurance, plus a travel guide on a Guided Tour. Food and attraction entrance fees are not included.
How are prices quoted?: Our rate card is being finalised, so prices are quoted per enquiry. Tell us your dates, group size and the package or journey you have in mind and we will come back with a quote.
What is your cancellation policy?: Cancel 7 days or more before your trip for a full refund; 2–6 days before for a 50% refund; 1 day before or on the day of the trip is non-refundable. See our Cancellation Policy page for full details.
Can you arrange accommodation or flights?: We specialise in ground transport and tours within Japan. An accommodation service is in preparation; we do not arrange international flights.
